Bannon: Haley Will Never be the GOP Nominee

Stephen K. Bannon says Nikki Haley will never be the Republican nominee for president — or president, for that matter.

“She is a complete front for the establishment,” Bannon said, noting the timing of Haley’s Politico profile comes on the same day as President Trump’s defense in the impeachment show trial. “They’re not subtle about it. They are springing the trap on President Trump today.”

Bannon called the shot on Nikki Haley back in October 2018. Bannon said the timing of her resignation from the United Nations was politically motivated and “horrific.”

“The timing of it is very suspect,” Bannon said at the time. “I think Nikki Haley is incredibly politically ambitious.”

Haley is still just as ambitious, but Bannon has news for her: she has no future in the GOP.

“Let me just state categorically: Nikki Haley is not going to be the Republican nominee in 2024,” he said.
