Rudy Giuliani joined War Room after the blockbuster revelation that the Justice Department under Bill Barr spied on President Trump and his lawyer during impeachment in the fall of 2019.
The outrageous violation of the president’s constitutional rights could only have been secured with a lie. The secret warrant accessed all of his privileged communications with President Trump.
“You have to do the same thing they did with FISA, they have to lie,” Giuliani said. “To make out some kind of probable cause for that you have to lie.”
“That requires Justice Department approval,” he said. “That requires a higher level of probable cause.”
“You’re not just some lawyer,” said Stephen K. Bannon. “You’re the lawyer for the President of the United States that’s being impeached.”
“That’s why they did it,” Giuliani said.
Even with access to the President’s defense, President Trump did not lose a single vote on the sham impeachment, (not counting the half vote of RINO Mitt Romney), and actually converted Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey to leave his party for the GOP.
