State Sen. Sonny Borrelli said the Department of Justice’s bullying to try to stop the Arizona election audit is giving patriots trying to get to the bottom of Nov. 3 more resolve.
“We’re right over the target,†he told War Room, Friday.
Borrelli said the Biden DOJ letter sent by Pamala Karlan is more “garbage†to intimidate and smear those seeking the truth about the election.
Borrelli exposed one major flaw in the DOJ’s reasoning objecting to canvassing — or checking addresses of voters — as voter “intimidation.” It’s impossible to intimidate voters after they have already voted, particularly if they’re dead.
The DOJ should be called “the department of jovial activity,” Borrelli said. “Everything in there was basically a joke.”
“It’s going to energize us more because we’re right over the target,” he said.
“By the way, they have no jurisdiction here,” Borrelli said. “Canvassing is not voter intimidation because the election already happened…it’s basically a poll survey. It doesn’t intimidate anybody. It’s amazing how freaked out they are at something so trivial.”
Borrelli said auditors are investigating things like 20 people registered at a vacant lot.
“We need to get to the bottom of that,” he said. “If dead people didn’t vote, great.
“How do you intimidate a dead person?” Borrelli asked. “It’s ridiculous.”
“You can tell they’re nervous, very nervous,” said Stephen K. Bannon.
Borrelli said he wouldn’t be surprised if the Biden DOJ is weaponized to try to shut the audit down.
“I wouldn’t be surprised at all,” he said. “Look at what they did with Gen. Flynn.”
