Marine Who Demanded Accountability For Leadership Fired Immediately

“War Room” on Thursday featured the viral video of Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, a Marine battalion commander, who was demanding accountability for senior military and civilian leaders for failures in Afghanistan.

Scheller said he knew he was putting his career at risk, and because he was three years short of the 20 years needed for retirement, he was putting his retirement benefits at risk as well. Today, Scheller announced that he had indeed been dismissed from the Marines.
