Precinct Committeemen Hold The Power

Dan Schultz is the man behind the precinct committeemen movement, which seeks to put grassroots Republicans in position as the precinct committee men and women who help determine the direction of the party. He talked to Steve Bannon on “War Room” today about the movement and about a new article that highlights the strategy and shows how nervous the establishment is about its success.

Steve Bannon: “There’s a massive story on ProPublica… It’s a big research thing they did, and the reason is because they are scared to death of the Trump movement becoming activated and taking over the Republican Party.”

Dan Schultz: “Another thing I like about the article is it explains the  power of precinct committeemen. Precinct committeemen are the party. With no precinct committeemen there’s no party.”

Steve Bannon: “The left, the last thing they want is the Trump deplorables getting true political power, and Dan Schultz lays it out for you. The structure of the Republican Party is based on precinct committeemen, and half of them go unfulfilled.”
