“This home raid of President Trump’s home and office is unprecedented. It was unnecessary. Trump was cooperating and it was actually unlawful. And it was unlawful in two ways. No. 1, this magistrate judge… was conflicted under the US Code … because he had a bias against President Trump…. Just six weeks ago, [he] recused himself from President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. The second legal problem is this — that President Trump was the commander in chief, and the Supreme Court has made it v ery clear that the president has inherent power to classify and declassify anything he wants in any manner he wants.”
